uPro GPS system blows away competition at PGA Show
Golf pros, buyers flock to see most innovative electronic distance measuring device on market

CARLSBAD, Calif. —Golf professionals and buyers flocked to uPlay uPro’s booth at the PGA Merchandise Show to see for themselves the most graphically and technologically superior GPS system on the market. Complete with aerial photography, video flyovers and easily viewable high resolution color display, the uPro is being touted as the “Apple iPhone” of GPS devices.

Show attendees were the result of extensive and strategic marketing done for the PGA Show to help generate customer traffic to the booth.

“The PGA Show was beyond what we expected and we had very high expectations,” said Joey Balardeta, President uPlay, LLC. “We were very pleased that everyone who saw the uPro and got a hands-on demonstration of it was really excited. They were amazed with its simple operation and sleek, razor-thin profile. The fact that they could get video flyovers of every hole and easily viewable high resolution color photography of thousands of courses nationwide without paying a membership fee helped make it an irresistible offer.
“The uPro is the most functional, effective and intuitive hand-held rangefinder in the industry,” Balardeta said. “It gives you the distance to all golf course features in a method unlike all other rangefinders on the market.”

The buzz and success at the PGA Show has spring boarded into uPlay expanding its sales force across the country to keep up with the demand.
