Repair Policy

We guarantee that the uPro will not fail due to manufacturing defects for 6 months after the original purchase date. If the device becomes defective within this time period, simply send the uPro back to us with the original receipt, original packaging and a detailed description of what is unsatisfactory or defective. We will gladly repair or replace the uPro, free of charge, and in a timely manner.

If the uPro arrives to you defective, send the item back to us and we will refund your shipping costs and replace the item upon receiving the defective device.
