Limited Warranty (U.S. Only)

Callaway Golf warrants that Callaway uPro devices purchased from an authorized Callaway Golf retailer or distributor will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of six months from the original purchase date. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill or sale or receipt reflecting a purchase within the warranty period will be required to obtain warranty service.

This warranty does not cover: (i) normal wear and tear; (ii) any damage due to improper use or handling, accident, abuse, alteration, modification, negligence, commercial use or acts of God; (iii) problems relating to installation, set up or GPS signal reception; (iv) damage caused by third parties; or (v) devices purchased from anyone other than an authorized Callaway Golf retailer or distributor.

Any device needing to be returned to Callaway Golf must have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Any device received at Callaway Golf without a valid RMA number will be returned to the sender at sender’s expense. RMA numbers are valid for fourteen business days.

A technical representative will be able to determine if the device is defective and still under the limited warranty period. It also may be necessary for the device to be sent evaluation to determine the validity of the warranty claim.

Callaway Golf shall determine the validity of the warranty claim and all warranty claims are subject the Company’s sole approval and discretion.

If the device is deemed defective and within the limited warranty period, the device will be repaired or replaced free of charge. At its option, Callaway Golf may replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

If the device is not deemed defective or is out of the limited warranty period, the customer may be given the option to repair the device for a fee or have the device returned to them as is at the customer’s expense.

DISCLAIMER:

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR THE CONSUMER. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. CALLAWAY GOLF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTEND PROHIBITED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR THE WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TERM OF THIS WARRANTY.

This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights; a consumer may have other rights depending upon the state where he or she lives. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long a warranty lasts, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to everyone.
